SummerStage Citywide Food Vendor Application Form 2025 

Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage is one of New York’s most beloved outdoor performing arts festivals, annually presenting more than 80 free and benefit performances in Central Park and neighborhood parks throughout the five boroughs. If you are a food vendor interested in vending at one of our Citywide concerts, please fill out the form below. Please note that you will not receive correspondence from us unless our team is interested.

Step 4: VENDOR DOCUMENTS
To be a vendor with SummerStage, the NYC Parks Department requires that the following documents be submitted:

-A valid Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Vendor License and DOHMH Mobile Food Vending Unit Permit
-A Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Commercial General Liability insurance
-A signed and notarized broker certification form (to be provided)
