CPF offers Summer Groups programming through our Learning Gardens and Coastal Classroom programs, each with their own schedule, locations, and curriculum.

LEARNING GARDENS Summer Groups program takes place at one of four garden locations: Liberty Garden in Jamaica, Grove Hill in the Bronx, Abib Garden in Brownsville, fourth site TBD. Groups visit once weekly in either the morning (10am - 12:30pm) or afternoon (1pm - 3:30pm) on Mondays, Tuesdays OR Thursdays, from July 6th - August 13th ( 3 or 6 weeks duration).

COASTAL CLASSROOM Summer Groups program takes place at Hallett's Cove in Long Island City. Groups visit once weekly in either the morning (10am - 12:30pm) or afternoon (1:30pm - 4pm) on Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays OR Thursdays, from July 6th - August 6th (5 weeks duration).

Transportation

When selecting a Summer Groups site, consider the distance from your program's location. Our waterfront site or gardens may be within walking distance, others may require busing or other transport arrangements for which your group is responsible for securing. Visiting groups are advised to identify well in advance a feasible transport plan to ensure their students arrive and depart on time.

Fee

$200 per weekly session for groups up to 25 students.
